Ditto BMX is looking to expand the 22" market with quality products. Sold as a frame and fork kit with a tapered oversized headtube for increased strength. Not something you see on the handful of other 22" options out there, but it makes sense if you feel you need the increased strength offered by the better distribution of force.
The Evolution Frame also has some other awesome features like its upper and lower gussets in the headtube, double butted tubing, and re-designed 8mm dropouts that have integrated chain tensioners.

1984 Evolution Forks:
Tapered 1 1/8" to 1.5" Steertube design. One piece tapered and machined (internally and externally) 172mm length steer tube. Tapered fork legs with 6mm thick drop outs at 30mm offset. Includes removable brake posts into the mix. Never again will you regret not getting ‘the other forks’, call it the best of both worlds. Brakeless no problem, leave the posts out. Want brakes, simply install them. Plus the ‘upside down heart’ on the crown is intentionally designed to help guide the cable regardless of which side your brake needs the cable routed. Newly redesigned ‘key hole’ topcap with slot off the 8mm allen key hole to allow cable to be pushed to side for headset adjustments and can even allow fork removal without disassembly of brakes (for travel). Makes it quick and easy to reassemble. Plenty of clearance even on 2.4" tires.
To make things easy Ditto includes the proper headset. The Evolution Tapered headset includes upper (1 1/8") and lower (1.5") bearings, top cover, 3 varied size spacers, upper race, and 2 lower races (1 to fit tapered Steertube forks and 1 to fit ‘OG' style (1 1/8") Steertube fork, in case of an 'emergency'.
