How much does shipping cost for a complete BMX bike?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all complete bikes within the contiguous United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the size of the bike box.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
All bikes shipped from Albe's are partially assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We recommend having a local shop perform a safety check if you are not comfortable with final assembly.
What is your return policy for parts and accessories?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that installed parts or items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders 5'5" to 5'9" prefer a 20.5" top tube, while riders over 6'0" usually opt for 21" or larger. Check our size guide for detailed recommendations.
Do you ship BMX parts internationally?
Yes, Albe's ships parts and accessories worldwide. Complete bikes may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to box dimensions; please contact us for a custom international shipping quote.
Are the products on your site covered by warranty?
Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you believe your part has a manufacturing flaw, contact us with photos and your order number so we can assist you with the claim process.
