At Albe's BMX Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled parts and bikes. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Check that your items are in brand-new condition and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that installed parts or custom-built wheels are not eligible for return.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our support team via email or phone to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship and Track
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
